Dive Solutions, founded in 2018 in Berlin, offers the most intuitive cloud-based particle simulation software. Their technology supports customers like Siemens, BMW, and Kärcher in expanding into new markets, including the U.S.

Challenge

As the customer base grew and the company embraced a user-centered approach, the client needed a scalable UX environment, optimized processes, and effective user data management to enhance their software for customers.

Approach

To address these challenges, a structured approach was implemented. A Jira board was introduced alongside a comprehensive design documentation system in Confluence, which now includes over 40 structured pages aimed at enhancing collaboration and scalability. The design process was refined to create a streamlined and flexible workflow that supports both iterative development and long-term organizational goals. Additionally, the organization’s ability to measure success and prioritize initiatives was strengthened through the implementation of UX metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Impact
